It was certainly worth it for us to have resigned to our previous company and worked for the CCS Department. There are times that I thought of what could have happened if continued working in that previous company and all I could come up was that I’d probably end up being depressed. 

Then again the next comments would be for my previous company:

I know it’s not formal to chat while you’re working but I always believe that as long as we get the job done we should be able to do what we have to in the process instead of literally breathing down our necks and asking us every twenty minutes if our task is done.

And it’s really disorienting when there is no sense of hierarchy in the office. I was able to compare it in my previous and present training grounds and the difference is huge. We were obviously more guided and focused when only our supervisor in our present company was able to give us the tasks as opposed to the previous one where everyone gave us tasks and everybody assessed what we have done so in the end nothing gets done because everyone keeps adding things to the work.
